Hi, I’m Becky – the tattoo artist behind Hephaestus Dawn Tattoo. I work from the welcoming and professional Intense Colours Tattoo Studio in Bitterne Triangle, Southampton. Originally from Southampton, I studied Fine Art at Southampton Solent University after attending Itchen College. Before becoming a tattoo artist in 2021, I spent over a decade as a dental nurse, which has given me a strong understanding of hygiene and cross-infection control—an essential part of safe tattooing.

I’ve had a passion for drawing and creating art my entire life. My background in both fine art and healthcare allows me to combine creative skill with clinical precision in every piece I tattoo.
